Steve Tucker and Todd Schiff have been working together for over 20 years. In 2019 they formed their own brokerage and Tucker Schiff Realty was born. After years of breaking records in the Commercial Real Estate field, in Central Ohio and throughout the state, they wanted to use their experience and expertise to help their clients buy, sell, develop and invest in real estate throughout the State.
One of Steve’s clients said it best when he said, “I have yet to mention a site or building that Steve has not either bought, sold or was aware of the transaction. He must have a photographic memory for Columbus Real Estate.” Todd and Steve often say, “we are in the information business and those with their ear to the ground will best be able to meet the needs of their clients.”
It is this client focused philosophy that has made them so successful, and the reason their customers have become repeat clients.

Todd brings 25 years of Real Estate experience. He is a member of both the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Ohio Association of Realtors. He is a past board member for Columbus Commercial Investment Industrial Realtors (CCIIR) and has been a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers since 2008.
In addition to his work with Schiff Capital Group, Todd is also the Managing Broker of Tucker Schiff Realty (TSR). Todd was Vice President of Sales and Leasing for The Robert Weiler Company for just under 13 years prior to joining the Schiff Capital team.
Todd spent 12 years in new home sales with the Showcase Division of M/I Homes prior to his move to the Commercial side of the Real Estate business. In 1999 The Building Industry Association (BIA) of Central Ohio named Todd “Rookie of the Year” for his outstanding performance in both Sales and Marketing during his first year in the business.
Upon graduation from Franklin University, Todd became a Financial Planner with I. David Cohen, CFP initially, and ultimately worked with The Hansch Financial Group in Los Angeles. Gus Hansch was the “Father of Financial Planning” and was the architect of the CFP (Certified Financial Planning) designation back in the late 1970’s. Todd was the Director of Sales and Marketing Education and was responsible for recruiting, training, and growing the agency from 21 members to over 70 under his leadership.
During college Todd was an Accountant Executive for The Richard Neustadt Advertising Agency. Among others, he was fortunate to have Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Mr. Olympia event as their client. This event is now known as The Arnold Classic.
Todd has three sons, two of whom are married, and he recently became a Grandfather for the first time with the birth of Madison Sage Schiff, his pride and joy.

Stephen A. Tucker has over 20 years of real estate experience, specializing in the development, sales and leasing of commercial, office, industrial and land properties.
Steve has been a specialist in commercial real estate in Central Ohio since 1999. Steve provides, national, regional and local clients representation through every step of the process from preliminary site selection, investment analysis, marketing, leasing and sales negotiations and the procurement of economic incentives throughout the entitlement process with state agencies and local municipalities. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate from new development, redevelopment, historical properties and everything in between. Steve has sold lumber yards, junkyards, truck terminals, office buildings, retail buildings, farmland, apartments and even a ski resort.
Steve’s professional affiliations include Columbus Realtor, Ohio Association of Realtors, Nation Association of Realtors and Columbus Commercial Industrial Realtors (past president). Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers. Steve has served on numerous committees with these real estate organizations. Steve is past president of the Columbus Downtown Lions Club and just finished two terms on the Board of Columbus Landmarks Foundation. Steve also serves on the Board of Columbus Community Development Corporation (CCDC).
Steve graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Geography.
Steve is married with two children and resides in Upper Arlington.

Amanda is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Marketing and Business. After many years of working in customer service and project management, she discovered real estate as the perfect way to combine her love of helping others with her creativity and coordination skills. She has now been a licensed real estate agent for over four years and has decided to make the transition into commercial real estate with the guidance of the Tucker Schiff team. Amanda’s diverse background helps her provide each of her clients with a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented experience. She is highly customer driven and goes above and beyond to make her clients happy. Amanda is proud to have called Columbus home for the past 16 years and is now in the process of remodeling her second purchased home. In her free time you can find her exploring the outdoors with her Siberian Husky, mixing up delicious bourbon cocktails or enjoying the city of Columbus with friends and family.
